- Non-Payment: Delune is not responsible for packages that are returned, held, or destroyed due to the non-payment of customs fees or duties. Please ensure you are aware of your country's local import regulations.

Can I pay with foreign currency or use Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. All orders are processed in AED. Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery for KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman.
What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?
The courier will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times. If you remain unavailable, your order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed.
